And one thing every business owner has in common is the understanding of how powerful social media is for their business.
It can truly elevate and transform a brand, but at the same time there isn’t always a clear idea of how to harness it to promote your business in an effective way.
It can be overwhelming. I get that.
My first client was me. I created my page (@the.social.girl) and posted valuable content and engaging ideas within my niche, started promoting the services that I wanted to offer and built a following full of potential clients.
Yes there were a lot of bumps along the way, new updates, sh*t engagement, days without posting. But there were always some key things I remembered and stayed consistent with that are the reason I managed to start making £10k+ months within the first year.
💫 Identify your audience and talk to them, use their language.
💫 Build relationships. This is SO key.
💫 Post with purpose and post for your audience, not for yourself.

💫 Prove your worth. Testimonials, social proof, all the things!
Putting out what you have to offer to your target customer and making sure you’re getting seen by them by relationship building, and repeating your message consistently will bring in the right kind of clients and keep them.
I think it often gets confused that you need to have thousands of followers to increase the likelihood of clients, but this isn’t the case. You don’t have to have a huge following to make it profitable (take a look at my page)... more followers doesn't equal more money and/or clients.
I can assure you it doesn’t happen overnight, building a trusting community takes time and consistency. But it can happen with a creative and targeted strategy.
With my current social media profile, I had been able to take in a 6 figure year (in my first year), and it’s what I’m teaching my clients that they can do too!
